Great to begin with UNTIL… it doesn’t let you cancel. I have tried multiple times, the page doesn’t load or recognise my details. This is my second attempt in a different month. I have now contacted customer support who are telling me I need to provide details to cancel, which I’ve already provided on the cancellation form. Also, the scents are rubbish, the balm doesn’t fit the case properly so falls out all the time and the top of the case scratches your armpit. Absolutely rubbish product. Rubbish quality. Rubbish scents. Rubbish service. AVOID! Save your money. Mitchum is much better. Don’t be fooled by the advertisement.
