I bought a 3 gift cards from you for Zalando and paid for this on my credit card. However, I was charged £12.21, £3.60 and £1.08 in card transaction fees which meant that any savings I got from you was more than taken away because of these charges. If I’d just have purchased directly from Zalando, I would have paid less so it was a waste of time buying gift cards from you. You also didn’t inform customers that this charge would occur which is disingenuous! I use Hapi all the time to buy my gift cards using my credit card and never have this problem. No doubt someone will reply with something disingenuous to say that you’ve sorted the problem but don’t believe it when they say it!

I received the vouchers right after payment and was able to use them without any problems. I got a bit anxious after reading some reviews and forgot that I had already used them, so I contacted the support team.

CAUTION: I bought a gift card, and the funds disappeared instantly. My only confirmation was a message to "reach out to customer support." This feels very suspicious and appears to be a scam. My money is lost, and I have no gift card. This situation is extremely frustrating, and if it's not resolved, I will have to involve my bank and authorities. An awful and concerning experience.

I'm writing here for more visibility; I also purchased a gift card for 100 euros with instant SMS delivery. The only thing that was instant was the money leaving my account... I hope the gift card arrives soon. I chose this service due to its association with a student discount program. I will definitely report if I don't receive the gift card.
