The hearing aids did not fit my ears properly. I reached out to the support team right away and was bombarded with requests for photos and information I had already provided. I've sent numerous emails attempting to return the aids but faced obstacles each time. Finally, out of sheer frustration, I sent them to the return address, but I’ve been informed that they cannot be located. As a result, I’ve only been offered £45 back from my initial payment of £149. This is unacceptable.
