This was my first time purchasing from this brand. I placed my order about a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped, according to the tracking information.
Since customers have to pre-pay, this creates uncertainty and risk when there is no clear communication. I contacted customer support several times and only received a reply after sending multiple reminder emails. Even then, the response was very vague and did not provide a clear shipping date or real update about my order.
At this point I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of transparency. I simply want my money back.
I also noticed many other recent reviews mentioning similar problems with orders not being shipped and very slow responses from support, which is concerning.
