This company is a scam!
Iv ordered from them before and received my order, so I placed a big order this time.
But I have received nothing.
I ordered on February 18th and to this day there’s no tracking!
I have tried reaching out no response whatsoever.
Lucky I used PayPal. I have opened a case.

Please avoid at all costs.

I placed an order with HeyShape on the 28th of Jan, the Shop app tells me the shipment is still being prepared over a month later (it’s now March 2nd). I’ve had two emails saying it’s a priority and they’re working on it, and an offer of a 20% discount. I’ve purchased from HeyShape before and didn’t have any issues, but I won’t be buying from them again. Buyer beware!

The order was apparently stuck in the company's warehouse for almost a month, and was only forwarded to the courier in China after much back and forth via email.

After it was finally sent, the package has now been lost by Royal Mail. I have never felt so scammed. Will -never- buy from this brand again.

I purchased shipping insurance with my order, so I now want it to be honoured. I demand a full refund as soon as possible.

3 weeks and still haven't received order. This company ships directly from China and currently orders are not entering US customs per their shipping company. Shipping issue not product issue. Can not recommend ordering from Heyshape at this time if you live in the US.

Send multiple emails to the company and response was always the same… they r having issue in the warehouse and they r not able to help or tell when I will receive the order. They don’t want to refund as well- so basically 4 weeks - no money no order and no osoby knows anything
