Update: Heyshape reached out to me right away and have been very helpful.
If I could do no stars I would. I made an order a month ago. Site showed that the shipper received my information. 2 weeks passed and nothing changed. I emailed the company asking if they know where my package is, no reply back. I emailed them again a couple days ago asking again if they knew anything. So far no reply back.
