I’ve been waiting over a month on TWO orders. After a week of no update except for being notified the label was created, I got nervous. I’ve reached out to customer support three times and keep getting the automated response. Blah blah blah delays, blah blah blah order confirmed. But still nothing. This is ridiculous. The service is awful and I want to talk to a real employee, not some bot. I’ve ordered from this company multiple times before and was always pleased. Orders would come in within a week. Unfortunately not the case now and it appears to be happening to a lot of people. I don’t recommend Heyshape anymore. Not after this.
