Absolutely Horrible Experience. Avoid booking rides with this service. You will regret it. They mislead you about the estimated arrival time and often cancel right before pickup. I waited 30 minutes for a ride that was supposed to arrive in 4 minutes, only to have four different drivers assigned. All for a cheaper fare - no thanks! This has happened multiple times.
