As others have warned, STAY AWAY!!! You will be extremely frustrated! I scheduled rides three times recently. Each time, when it was time for pickup, the driver parked down the street. When I refused to walk 10 minutes to meet them, they canceled the ride. Terrible service; I deleted the app and suggest you do the same!
Every one-star review is accurate. The service never arrives at my exact location, which is frustrating since it's right in front of my house. Additionally, the GPS is often inaccurate, confusing for drivers. You should never book if you don’t have at least 30 minutes to spare. If it says it’s a 2-minute ride, it often takes much longer. I frequently end up paying a little extra for more reliable services. The drivers often cancel after making you wait. Just recently, a driver drove away as I approached. This app is a mess; I prefer more reliable options.
One star for customer service and the driver policies. It used to be good, but now it's ridiculous. The driver didn’t follow instructions and canceled while picking up my birthday cake, showing no concern. The customer service wouldn’t refund the cancellation fee. I have health issues, and the driver didn't understand my needs. I deleted my account! Once quick and understanding, it has now declined significantly.

This was my first time using the app after receiving an invite with a promo code. When I tried to use it, it said it was already used. This was my first and last ride. I opened a ticket about the issue, but the representative insisted it was used, despite my evidence. I wasn't satisfied with the response. I was told it expired, but there was no mention of an expiration. I planned to use the promo for a discount, but now I'm going back to a more reliable service.
This company is incredibly unprofessional, from the drivers to the entire operation. A driver crashed into a parked car and acted like it was fine. They frequently cancel rides; I watched them cancel 10 times today when they were just 2 minutes away. It's infuriating. I’m done with this app.
