Every one-star review is accurate. The service never arrives at my exact location, which is frustrating since it's right in front of my house. Additionally, the GPS is often inaccurate, confusing for drivers. You should never book if you don’t have at least 30 minutes to spare. If it says it’s a 2-minute ride, it often takes much longer. I frequently end up paying a little extra for more reliable services. The drivers often cancel after making you wait. Just recently, a driver drove away as I approached. This app is a mess; I prefer more reliable options.
