One star for customer service and the driver policies. It used to be good, but now it's ridiculous. The driver didn’t follow instructions and canceled while picking up my birthday cake, showing no concern. The customer service wouldn’t refund the cancellation fee. I have health issues, and the driver didn't understand my needs. I deleted my account! Once quick and understanding, it has now declined significantly.
