Bad app, drivers are always in the wrong place during pickup (which does not happen with competitor apps like uber), drivers have been disagreable and sometimes aggressive. I had one park 2 blocks away from pickup location, not answer his phone, and I was then charged for making him wait. I was not given a refund for that charge even after a tiresome conversation with the support agent. Part of the problem is the location service doesn't work well, I had a driver complain to me about how the app's location service doesn't work properly. Not to mention the 50% off promotion for the first 5 rides is capped at $10 off, which was hidden in fine print. Very hard to get a ride half the time. Bad company, bad app. Stick with uber.
