On Tuesday, March 04, 2025, I ordered a ride from the Yonge and Sheppard area of the North York district of the City of Toronto......I was then assigned one "Bilal Can Acarcan" but as soon as he arrived at my pick up spot, he called first nut hung up when I picked up the call......I then rushed to the White Polestar electric car that "Bilal Can Acarcan" was driving but he rudely told me "what do you want you f@#king chinese?" and told him he was supposed to pick me up......He said no and cancelled the ride and took $5.00 from my credit card......I then contacted Hopp support and theycthen said that they couldnt do anything aboot it because I was "late" to the ride (I literally was at the pick up spot within less than a minute,so how was that "late"? most rideshare apps give a generous 5 minute cut-off window and then they automatically cancel your ride)......If you are ever in the North York area if the cuty of Toronto, then avoid getting picked up by a "Bilal Can Acarcan" who is a middle-aged, medium build, shirt and dark haired with a facial stubble/shirt beard with a middle eastern/turkish accent who drives a WHITE POLESTAR cause He will FRAUDULENTLY cancel on you with a A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE
