I didn't notice until I had submitted…

I didn't notice until I had submitted the order that I had ordered the wrong size. I ordered a medium and needed a large. I got right on it and emailed customer service and asked could they exchange the Getionix for a large. I was told that shouldn't be a problem. I was a bit concerned that although it had not been 5minutes since I submitted the order that it wouldn't be possible. They did it and I got the large instead of the medium.

Great colors

I order two pair leggings and they were right on time for delivery the price was reasonable the colors are viverant . The fit is good I probably could of went one size down but they feel and look nice

Total scam-DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, WEBSITE IS A LIE!

0 STARS! Total scam! They boast a money back guarantee but when I asked to return these they sent an email saying "for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund this product". The website very clearly states that you could try these for 90 day and if you are unhappy they with "gladly" refund your money. I didn't even wear these, they were new with tags, tried them on for a moment to realize they did not fit, and the material was rough, itching and cheap. After returning the email with a screenshot of their own guarantee I was completely ghosted. I have sent 5 emails, used their "contact us" thread on the website 3 different times, messaged them on Facebook and called the headquarters (no human answers the phone, had to LVVM) with no reply. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 pair leggings

Ordered 2 pair leggings. Opened 1 & tried on but wrong size. Immediately sent message to support - their site says both 90 day guarantee & 90 day risk free trial. Return no questions asked. After I sent 4 messages, they replied no returns due to hygienic reasons. They didn’t offer an exchange. Nothing. I hope people read these reviews.

Lying fraudulent company

It took nearly a month for the leggings to finally get to me and they were the wrong color. I emailed immediately and asked how best to return them. Despite their website clearly saying they have a 90 day trial/return window, I was told there are no returns.
