The only good part of jobber compared to other similar software is that it has a great scheduling and dispatching UI. Otherwise it is the most overpriced piece of garbage ever. There are 4 things I want a crm to do. 1) Keep my client data organized and easily sortable (jobber is okay at sorting client data, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) 2) Have smooth scheduling and dispatching for work orders. (the only thing they excel at) 3) Allow me to automatically follow up with quotes and completed jobs to increase close rates and keep quality control. (extremely minimal features, especially for the price, usually have to integrate 3rd party softwares that have their own subscription to do this effectively.) and 4) allow me to categorize quotes, work, and invoices so that reports on close rates, average ticket, and total invoices can be as accurate and insightful as possible. (their weakest point and the only point that cannot easily be solved by a 3rd party software integration. the only solution is manual tracking and data entry which is not realistic for most businesses.). Keep in mind that almost every other crm out there does all of this better than jobber (minus the dispatching and scheduling.) and does it at either the same or a better price point. Jobber is simply a marketing success that keeps its success by people either not knowing anything else or knowing that there is so much better, or are like me and got stuck because I did not have the time nor resources required to switch. Switching softwares after 5 years and thousands of invoices and clients is horribly inconvenient, but my only complaint about switching is that I didn't do it sooner.
