Poor Quality and Terrible Customer ServiceI purchased the Breathing Soothing Otter Baby Sleeping Companion from GetKidzly, and I was very disappointed when it arrived. The toy is poorly made – the face is wonky, the feet are different sizes, and it doesn’t match the photos on their website at all. It seems like a cheap imitation rather than the original product.Although I was late to leave a review because I was on a long-term holiday, when I returned and saw the item, I was extremely disappointed. I contacted their customer service and was told they would look into it. However, over a month later, I hadn’t received any response. When I followed up, they refused a refund, claiming I missed the 30-day return window.I explained that it didn’t matter that I was late – the product itself is poorly made and not what I ordered. I even sent photos showing how wonky it is, but they refused to take responsibility, offering neither a replacement nor a refund.I strongly advise against buying from GetKidsily. The quality of their products is extremely poor, and their customer service will not help when something is wrong. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
