Initially, I thought this was a great company; the website was attractive, well-translated, and the products were nicely displayed. However, upon receiving the package, I was truly disheartened. I had looked forward to gifting my kids what seemed to be enjoyable and educational toys, but they arrived without any box or presentation—just wrapped in a bag. Furthermore, the instruction manual was only in Chinese, not even in English. What should have cost 3€ ended up costing 14€, which felt extremely unfair.
