Extremely disappointing experience. I used their services three times, and on two occasions, they failed to show up. During my last visit, I had three orders for them to process, but only one was completed, even though the nurse didn't mention anything about it. When I first raised my concerns, they attributed the issue to insufficient blood flow. However, the nurse did not indicate any such problem, and she took all three paper copies of the lab orders with her, which seems unusual if they were only planning to fulfill one. Later, they requested that I complete a complaint form, but I chose not to because it became evident that they had no intention of addressing the issue.
