It was super convenient and pretty affordable, all things considered. My grandparents are elderly and it’s hard for them to go to a facility to get lab work done. I’ll be using Getlabs from now on. Having someone come to the house was so helpful, and the people we encountered throughout this process were kind and attentive.
My phlebotomist was fantastic. She had a scheduled arrival window from 6am to 10am and arrived at my door at 7:07am, notifying me 13 minutes earlier that she was on her way. She expertly drew five vials of blood for a test I had arranged. As a competitive bodybuilder, I undergo blood tests several times a year, and she was undoubtedly the best phlebotomist I've encountered. I usually feel anxious during blood draws, but she made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. My wife, a registered nurse, observed her work and also commented on her excellence. I will definitely choose this service and request her for my future lab tests.

I scheduled an appointment for fasting labs, but they kept pushing back the timing. Eventually, I received a message indicating they were en route, only to have them cancel the appointment afterward and suggest I use a credit to rebook. They informed me that a refund wasn't possible, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They countered that claim by stating I was a no-show.
Extremely disappointing experience. I used their services three times, and on two occasions, they failed to show up. During my last visit, I had three orders for them to process, but only one was completed, even though the nurse didn't mention anything about it. When I first raised my concerns, they attributed the issue to insufficient blood flow. However, the nurse did not indicate any such problem, and she took all three paper copies of the lab orders with her, which seems unusual if they were only planning to fulfill one. Later, they requested that I complete a complaint form, but I chose not to because it became evident that they had no intention of addressing the issue.
I had a positive experience with this service a few years back. However, in my recent bookings, they have either failed to show up or haven't communicated as promised. Many rely on this service when they need assistance getting around. Perhaps it works better in other locations, but in Massachusetts, it has proven to be unreliable.
