I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Getlabs.
I am currently pursuing IVF after completing cancer treatment, and I needed time-sensitive labs done on a very specific day of my cycle, which happened to fall on a Saturday. Because there were no LabCorp locations open nearby on a Saturday, I was relieved to find Getlabs and scheduled an at-home appointment between 8:00-10:00 AM.
I received both email and text confirmations, and was told I would be notified when the phlebotomist was on their way. But I never heard a single word from anyone. And worse, no one showed up at all.
I attempted to contact customer support, but there is no real support available. The only option is an Al chatbot, which was completely unhelpful. When I requested to speak with a representative, I was told no one was available. There is also no phone number to call. It is unacceptable to offer weekend appointments without any form of customer support or accountability.
Because of this failure, I now have to wait an entire month to try again - time that is incredibly valuable and emotionally significant in the IVF process.
This experience was not just inconvenient, it was negligent and deeply frustrating. A service like this should be reliable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive medical needs. Instead, Getlabs failed to show up, provided no support, and left me without any recourse.
Getlabs is incapable of simply doing their ONE job, so again I say:
