Absolutely disgraceful experience. We waited weeks for our bed frame, took three full days off work to accept delivery, and the company still managed to reschedule at the last minute and split the delivery over two days. When the bed finally arrived, it was incomplete — there was no middle support for the slats, making it unusable. A week later, replacement parts arrived, only for us to discover the side panels are badly warped. We are still waiting for those to be replaced. For a £1,500 purchase, the lack of quality control and complete disregard for the customer’s time is shocking. If this next delivery doesn’t fully resolve the issues, we will be seriously considering returning the entire bed. I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering.
