Excellent customer service from start to finish. I had a few questions before ordering and Amy was super helpful, making small amends to get exactly what I wanted. We were the first delivery of the day and Pete & Adam were great - really efficient, speedy and friendly. Showed us exactly how to work the ottoman storage. The bed looks amazing, super happy with it. Would highly recommend.
I have ordered a wooden double bed with assembly. It was delivered this morning by Todd and Paolo. Those guys were very friendly and competent! They put the bed together within 10min.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. We waited weeks for our bed frame, took three full days off work to accept delivery, and the company still managed to reschedule at the last minute and split the delivery over two days. When the bed finally arrived, it was incomplete — there was no middle support for the slats, making it unusable. A week later, replacement parts arrived, only for us to discover the side panels are badly warped. We are still waiting for those to be replaced. For a £1,500 purchase, the lack of quality control and complete disregard for the customer’s time is shocking. If this next delivery doesn’t fully resolve the issues, we will be seriously considering returning the entire bed. I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering.
It was very easy to order the bed I wanted over the phone. The lady who helped me checked if some accessories I wanted were compatible, and I said I hadn't yet decided on the mattress, so she made a note on the order. I am planning to go visit them in Leicester next week to try the mattresses out, which they were very happy to arrange for me.
This will be my second Get Laid bed, this time for the spare room.
We've had our bed frame for 2 years and just needed to use the 11 year warranty. No issues at all and a new piece is being sent out to us with tracking asap. Amazing company!

The customer support was exceptional! I bought a bed and while I loved its appearance, it eventually developed a creak that disturbed my partner. Initially, they were very supportive in addressing the issue, but when it became apparent that a fix wasn't possible, they replaced the bed.
