Following my previous review of a faulty bedframe with many problems, the main one being a huge gap of up to 10cms between the slats. Mattress manufacturers recommend a gap of no more than 7cms as the mattress and springs will sag through it. Customer Service could not have been more unhelpful. Eventually after much distress and gasghting by the customer service agent who I am not allowed to menion - but others are. The manager offers to change the bedframe to remedy the massive gaps, the unsanded slats which grazed my hands and the unprotected slats on a space saver bed which caught on the sheets and ripped them. After being let down on the date of arrival at the last minute (the bed hadn't even started to been made) it arrives with even bigger gaps between the slats. The new mattress is totally collapsing in between these massive gaps of 11cms. The frame badly creaks and the paint is off-gassing terribly and two of us are requiring medication to deal with it, despite the windows being open day and night. I have been told by the unhelpful customer service team I must buy extra slats and disassemble the bed myself and then reassemble it with the new power drill I must also purchase. This is despite paying for assembly, which did not come cheap. I would have been more happy to have done this if it resulted in a bed which I could sleep in without a bad back and which did not damage my mattress and invalidate the guarantee. But I was not told this beforehand, despite the enormous gaps between the slats being the main issue and despite me pointing out the standard recommended gap between all manufacturers is 7cms and they knew they produce goods which are massively different at 11cms. No one has got back to me despite not being able to use the bed and me asking for a collection. I do not believe all these reviews as it has not been my experience at all. Substandard goods and zero customer service. Still no reply.
