I spent over $300 on a Christmas gift on 12/5/2025, expected to arrive between December 9th and 16th. By December 17th, I learned that the item was undeliverable, and I lost contact with the company. I've now received an email offering to resend the item, but without any estimated delivery time. This was supposed to be the main Christmas present, and I urgently need either a rush delivery or a refund. I've contacted the company for assistance and am still awaiting a response. As of now, they haven't refunded or resent my items, and it's already the end of the day on 12/22.
