AVOID THIS SELLER - I placed an order on 12/17 and paid extra for expedited shipping for a Christmas gift. I received a UPS tracking number, but later found it was switched to a USPS number, which is completely INVALID. I've received the same generic excuse emails as others have mentioned. I still don't have any valid tracking information or an estimated arrival time for my package.
I spent over $300 on 12/5/2025 for a Christmas gift, which was supposed to arrive between December 9th and 16th. By December 17th, I was informed that the item was not deliverable, and I lost contact with the company. I've now received an email offering to resend the item, but there's no estimated delivery time provided. This was meant to be the main Christmas present. I urgently need either a rush delivery or a refund. I've reached out to the company for guidance and am still waiting for a response. As of now, they haven't refunded or resent my items, and it's already the end of the day on 12/22.

My brother ordered my beanie, and it arrived within a week. I just opened it today, so I’m not sure how well it works yet. I saw another review mentioning they placed their phone inside and had no activity, even with friends trying to reach them. I'm going to test it out! If it helps with some of the “brain fog,” I’ll be satisfied. Let the experiment begin!
I finally ordered my second beanie, the new lightweight version. It's incredibly lightweight and comfortable while still being effective. How do I know? I put my phone inside and had three different people try to reach me, but my phone showed zero activity! Shipping updates were fast and accurate.
I received a 40% off coupon but when I placed an order using the code, I was charged full price. I reached out multiple times for clarification, but instead of answers, they refunded my money without explanation. I was suspicious of this company because they lack a contact number, and the reviews seemed questionable.
I placed an order on November 23 but never received a confirmation email, even though the payment was deducted immediately. All I got was a greeting email from the CEO offering help. I replied on November 28 explaining the lack of confirmation and provided my receipt, but got no response. I called the help number provided by my payment service on December 5, only to be directed back here. So now I have no product, no confirmation, no assistance, and they have my money. I did eventually receive the product about two hours after writing this review, but still no order confirmation.
I placed an order on November 17th, paying for 2-day shipping for a blanket, beanie, and zip-up sweatshirt, totaling $875. I received an email stating the blanket was on backorder and that everything would ship when it was available around November 25th. I requested that they send the beanie and sweatshirt immediately, but as of December 11th, I have received nothing! I've emailed multiple times, but all I get are responses confirming receipt of my message. There’s no phone number for this company, and they keep advertising products that I haven't received!
I ordered a beanie hat for EMF protection and paid an extra $25 for 2-day shipping. It's now October 27th, 2025, and the item won’t be delivered until May 17, 2026. This is unacceptable; if I pay for 2-day shipping, I expect delivery in 2 days, not 6 months. This is terrible customer service, and I’m considering legal action for misleading practices.
