I spent over $300 on 12/5/2025 for a Christmas gift, which was supposed to arrive between December 9th and 16th. By December 17th, I was informed that the item was not deliverable, and I lost contact with the company. I've now received an email offering to resend the item, but there's no estimated delivery time provided. This was meant to be the main Christmas present. I urgently need either a rush delivery or a refund. I've reached out to the company for guidance and am still waiting for a response. As of now, they haven't refunded or resent my items, and it's already the end of the day on 12/22.
