I ordered over £50 worth of products on 15 November and am still waiting, despite the promised delivery window of 7-9 days. I've received multiple emails stating my items were 'on their way,' but tracking shows 'We're expecting it' since 18 November, meaning it hasn’t even reached their facility. I've emailed several times and received polite but vague responses about handling many orders. No reply to my last two inquiries, and I can't find any trace of the company mentioned on your website. I understand it's a busy season, but if you can’t manage the orders, perhaps you shouldn’t keep promoting your products so heavily. Your customer service claims seem to be failing. I'm starting to think this might be a scam. I hope to be proven wrong.
