Review Time
It is an excellent light source as we experience power outages quite often. (power was out all night last night from 1:30 am to 8:30 am) Very good for outdoors at night also as we live in the country.
I ordered 2 lumilight head torches for Christmas. The order didn’t arrive. I contacted customer service - they were slow to reply but sent a replacement which did arrive after about a week. I then received a notification from Royal Mail that I had a parcel but needed to pay £7 postage as the sender had not paid enough postage. I paid and the parcel turned out to be my original lumilight order. I contacted customer service again to ask to be refunded the postage fee; they have been slow to reply - a couple of days between each reply - and have implied that I’m mistaken and the postage must have been paid or I’ve confused parcels. I am not mistaken and I don’t appreciate so much slow back and forth and not being believed regarding the no postage fee paid even after providing proof. These were Christmas presents and were so late I no longer need but I won’t be braving the returns process which I’m sure would be equally painful. A waste of time and money unfortunately.
Excellent Customer Service from everyone at Lumilights lights. The headlamps are awesome and the quality is amazing. We have gotten lots of use with these head lights!

I needed a last-minute Christmas gift for my husband and I’m really happy with the price, delivery, and packaging. He has used it during our early morning walks, making us visible to others, and it was also useful when we broke down in complete darkness! It’s much brighter than his previous head torch. I highly recommend it!
While the delivery time was a bit disappointing, once they arrived and I presented them as gifts, everyone was thrilled and has already put them to use. They were a big hit. My only concern now is whether they can keep up with the charger.
This lumilight truly delivers on its promises. It provides a broad beam, which is perfect for our two dogs. Walking them at night off-leash can be challenging since they often wander apart, but the wide beam allows me to monitor them and their surroundings much more effectively.
