I ordered 2 lumilight head torches for Christmas. The order didn’t arrive. I contacted customer service - they were slow to reply but sent a replacement which did arrive after about a week. I then received a notification from Royal Mail that I had a parcel but needed to pay £7 postage as the sender had not paid enough postage. I paid and the parcel turned out to be my original lumilight order. I contacted customer service again to ask to be refunded the postage fee; they have been slow to reply - a couple of days between each reply - and have implied that I’m mistaken and the postage must have been paid or I’ve confused parcels. I am not mistaken and I don’t appreciate so much slow back and forth and not being believed regarding the no postage fee paid even after providing proof. These were Christmas presents and were so late I no longer need but I won’t be braving the returns process which I’m sure would be equally painful. A waste of time and money unfortunately.
