Years ago, when the company was first starting, buying from them was a great experience. However,That was 15 years ago. Now, they suck.Last few orders were not that good, but this last one... Order placed for our traditional Christmas Eve dinner. Long/short, at noon on Christmas Eve, our dinner was sitting at a FedEx locality 14 hours away.I called FedEx and was told the order was delayed and would be delivered on Friday. These are LIVE lobsters, they are beyond dead at this point. $200 gone...Complained, asked for refund, per their guarantee and was told by "Moe" that no refund, but they would issue me a credit.Forget that, I want my money back !!!!!!!
