Order didn’t ship despite have “label created” on tracking link for multiple days. I sent an email asking if shipping would occur that day as the order was being sent to a vacation destination. I explained that if wasn’t going to ship that we would need to cancel. I got a response saying the order was going out that day but had been pulled at my request. I called and spoke with customer service which is obviously third party and off shore. She literally could not understand what we were talking about. I think it was a lost I. Translation issue. I won’t buy from them again
