My experience was not great. Signed up to an initial 3 month program for weight loss and was told a week to receive medication. The phone call with the RN or EN was very brief.. literally under 3 mins. Two weeks later I was getting several different stories as to where it was, noone had any clear idea. When I cancelled my subs and shared that I'd called Consumer Affairs, I received an email to me that the "delivery partner" confirmed it was lost in transit, and my money would be refunded in full without any further commitments. It was, hence the two stars, but it was a complete waste of time for me and lack of being able to speak to an actual person is pretty crappy. I was so excited for this journey, which has now continued through proper medical advice and support via my GP at a cheaper price!
