I agree with James, 1st month was great delivered on agreed day and discreetly. 2nd and 3rd order have been a shambles, orders arriving days after schedule and drivers ringing door bells which they aren’t suppose to do.
I was also told you could choose a delivery day however this seems to only apply to the first order. It’s very frustrating speaking with a AI bot and when a customer service staff member steps in they are clearly off shore and are unhelpful. All in all it has been a disappointing experience which has left me out of pocket as I now have to find another supplier and start the process over.
I am currently in the early stages of waiting for my delivery. The issue arises from living in an apartment and attempting to have my product sent to my PO Box for collection. Unfortunately, the system wouldn't allow me to enter that address. I have called the support team around four times and sent several emails, as the postal service indicates the product is on its way, yet I am still trying to have it redirected to my PO Box. I have not received a satisfactory response from the company despite my attempts to reach out. I remain uncertain about the delivery destination of my product. It's quite frustrating not being able to speak to someone directly. When I call, the representative is polite but unable to assist with my issue, merely stating that customer support will contact me, which has yet to happen. As a result, I'm left in limbo.
My experience was not great. Signed up to an initial 3 month program for weight loss and was told a week to receive medication. The phone call with the RN or EN was very brief.. literally under 3 mins. Two weeks later I was getting several different stories as to where it was, noone had any clear idea. When I cancelled my subs and shared that I'd called Consumer Affairs, I received an email to me that the "delivery partner" confirmed it was lost in transit, and my money would be refunded in full without any further commitments. It was, hence the two stars, but it was a complete waste of time for me and lack of being able to speak to an actual person is pretty crappy. I was so excited for this journey, which has now continued through proper medical advice and support via my GP at a cheaper price!
