I am currently in the early stages of waiting for my delivery. The issue arises from living in an apartment and attempting to have my product sent to my PO Box for collection. Unfortunately, the system wouldn't allow me to enter that address. I have called the support team around four times and sent several emails, as the postal service indicates the product is on its way, yet I am still trying to have it redirected to my PO Box. I have not received a satisfactory response from the company despite my attempts to reach out. I remain uncertain about the delivery destination of my product. It's quite frustrating not being able to speak to someone directly. When I call, the representative is polite but unable to assist with my issue, merely stating that customer support will contact me, which has yet to happen. As a result, I'm left in limbo.
