Careless Handling - new nicks in wooden headboard, nicks in small wooden end tables, scratched metal coffee table, dirty mattress and boxspring, hole in mattress, scraped floor where furniture slid into place rather than carried into place. The three guys were very nice but must have prioritized efficiency over taking care of our furniture.
