Careless Handling - new nicks in wooden headboard, nicks in small wooden end tables, scratched metal coffee table, dirty mattress and boxspring, hole in mattress, scraped floor where furniture slid into place rather than carried into place. The three guys were very nice but must have prioritized efficiency over taking care of our furniture.
Moving from pods into an apartment; both workers arrived on time, worked hard, and finished in the alloted time. The bill fit the quote; we had a change of plans at the last minute, contacted the company, and they fit us in right away. New to the area, so we were concerned if things would go well; they did. At this time, we would highly recommend this company.
It was nice to work with a small local business! You could tell they care about what they do and the people they help. Much more personal and they took pride in what they do. Thank you so much for taking what’s an extremely stressful event and making it easy. I also appreciated how the crew was so good at working around two toddlers running through the house.
