I signed up for a free trial with the service, thinking it would be different from other platforms. By the second day, I realized it wasn't a match for me and attempted to cancel. Despite their claims, there was no clear option to unsubscribe or cancel my account. When I shared screenshots showing my account view, the support team mentioned the issue was due to the button being the wrong color, which did not address the problem — and nothing changed when I checked again later. Out of caution, I locked my credit card. Even though I was later informed that my subscription had been canceled, my payment information is still retained, raising concerns about transparency and trust. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
