Never write reviews about companies but this one is truly awful..... they changed the subscription on me without telling me and literally would not let me access my account settings to unsubscribe..... they are extremely sneaky and looking to take advantage of you + the new update is trash. Awful service not worth it at all, any other clipping service is better
I signed up for a free trial, hoping for a better experience than other platforms. By the second day, I realized it wasn't suitable for me and tried to cancel. Despite assurances, I couldn't find any option to unsubscribe or cancel in my account. When I provided screenshots of my account view, the support team claimed the issue was due to the button being the wrong color, which did not solve anything — and the situation remained the same when I checked again later. To be cautious, I locked my credit card. Although I was later told my subscription had been canceled, my payment information is still stored, raising more questions about transparency and trust. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I wish I had looked into this before subscribing. The software has several bugs, but I managed to work around them. There's no direct support, so proceed with caution. After accessing my account for the free trial and making a payment, I managed to create two posts (which I had to adjust), but then my login stopped working after the trial. They continue to charge me, and I can't access the platform. When I attempted to cancel, the AI instructed me to log in and cancel.

I started with the free version, but needed the upgraded version once I uploaded videos. I added some subpar B-roll suggested by the AI (which was not helpful), and then the website froze on me. I thought it was my connection, but it was the site itself. I tried logging in multiple times, but it continued to freeze. As a busy business owner, I can't afford this. I requested a refund, but they denied it. The representative accused me of wanting my videos back, showing little concern for my experience. I feel like I wasted $45.
