When I provided screenshots of my account view, the support team claimed the issue was due to the button being the wrong color, which did not solve anything — and the situation remained the same when I checked again later. To be cautious, I locked my credit card. Although I was later told my subscription had been canceled, my payment information is still stored, raising more questions about transparency and trust. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
