The product did not work for me, so at the end of September, I returned it for a refund using their return labels. Now, two and a half months later, I still haven't received my refund, even though I'm still making payments for a product I don't have. I've called customer service three times, and they only say the product was returned and that management has been informed about my refund concern. They have had the product for two months and still can't process the refund. Avoid this company as they do not fulfill their obligations promptly.
