Order placed but faced issues with cancellation and refund

I placed an order on 08/28/25 and was charged at that time, not when it shipped. I cancelled the order and requested a refund on 11/21/25 due to the lack of shipment. It seems they do not keep an inventory. The cancellation and refund request received an automated acknowledgment on 11/21/25. When I called about the refund, I was informed it might take up to 20 days to process. Now, 60 days later, I still have not received my refund. BE CAUTIOUS with this service.

No shipment and no refund received.

The product has yet to be shipped, and I still haven't received anything. I've requested a refund, but it hasn't come through either. The website's chat function has assured me they would process the refund three times now.

Ordered on September 16 with expectations...

I placed my order on September 16, expecting delivery in 7-10 days. I called on October 6 to check the status and was told there were processing issues. I requested a refund and canceled my order. If it takes over a month to fulfill an order, I don't want it. Now, over two months later, I’m still waiting for my refund. When I called to inquire, I was told to email support for details. I asked for a direct contact number but was informed none exists. I questioned if they were scamming customers seeking solutions, and was told they are not. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

Launch Medical has not processed my refund

The product did not work for me, so at the end of September, I returned it for a refund using their return labels. Now, two and a half months later, I still haven't received my refund, even though I'm still making payments for a product I don't have. I've called customer service three times, and they only say the product was returned and that management has been informed about my refund concern. They have had the product for two months and still can't process the refund. Avoid this company as they do not fulfill their obligations promptly.

Ordered my device on September 8

I placed my order on September 8. Now it’s December 3, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve called four times, and each time I’m told it will ship within 7-10 business days. It still hasn’t arrived, and I’m starting to doubt it ever will.

Placed my order nearly 6 weeks ago...

I ordered nearly six weeks ago and have NOT received my device. During this time, the company never contacted me with a delivery date. It seems like a scam. They have nearly $900 of mine, and I have no device. When I called two weeks after ordering, I was told I would receive it in two weeks due to backlog. Now, four weeks later, still no device. I requested a refund, was put on hold, and then told I would receive an email in 5-10 business days confirming my refund. This feels like yet another delay tactic. Does anyone have advice on how to get my money back?

Extremely poor customer service

The product stopped working unexpectedly. I called and was asked to send a video description, which I provided on October 24. Three days later, I received a response saying they would send an RMA number, but it never arrived. I called and chatted multiple times, receiving various excuses. They are quick to take your money, but their customer service is full of excuses—from system downtime to delayed calls. I didn’t even get a fair chance to review the product before it stopped working.

Disappointed with service and medical concerns

Despite clear advice from my healthcare providers against it, I decided to try the product. I confused FDA registration with approval. The promise of restored vitality was appealing, similar to misleading weight loss claims. My experience with the company was disappointing. Initially, I was told the device was in stock with a 7-10 day delivery. After weeks of waiting and unanswered calls, I learned the item was out of stock. Finally, after 46 days, my order was abruptly canceled due to company policy. While I received a refund, the experience was frustrating. Key concerns: misleading ratings, communication issues, and unprofessional staff. I’m thankful for the delay, as I cannot recommend this product or company based on my experience.

Shady company with terrible customer service

I was excited to purchase this device, but the company seems like a scam. I waited two months for the item while making payments, and each time I was told there were supply issues. This company appears to be a scam

This company took my money, never sent the item, and now I’m struggling to get my refund. Good luck getting anyone on the phone or receiving a response to chat requests or emails. DO NOT engage with this company. **Update:** Your response to my previous post is simply a lie. You’ve claimed for two months that I would receive a refund for the item I never received or canceled. Stop deceiving potential customers. Return my money.
