The product stopped working unexpectedly. I called and was asked to send a video description, which I provided on October 24. Three days later, I received a response saying they would send an RMA number, but it never arrived. I called and chatted multiple times, receiving various excuses. They are quick to take your money, but their customer service is full of excuses—from system downtime to delayed calls. I didn’t even get a fair chance to review the product before it stopped working.
