I placed an order on 08/28/25 and was charged at that time, not when it shipped. I cancelled the order and requested a refund on 11/21/25 due to the lack of shipment. It seems they do not keep an inventory. The cancellation and refund request received an automated acknowledgment on 11/21/25. When I called about the refund, I was informed it might take up to 20 days to process. Now, 60 days later, I still have not received my refund. BE CAUTIOUS with this service.
