Sim setup + cust serv and UI TERRIBLE
SIM setup failed several times. Tried a different nomad e Sim and it went thru. Only for the second one to be unknowingly setup too after completing first setup. Cust serv rep spent a whole hour of my time before telling me it is unrefundable and wouldn't be able to do anything.
