First time I’ve used esims and honestly don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago instead of paying my existing mobile provider for roaming. Do not spend your hard earned money here.I do not recommend this company to anybody. The support is unhelpful and they don't care about you. There are so many issues I do not know even where to start with. Choose another company for your esim needs.

The eSim worked great. I had some trouble setting it up, but later, when I figured it out, it was actually really easy. I have used Nomad before, so probably like 8 times by now, I will use it again.
Internet was very slow, sometimes would not work and required restarting my phone. 2GB is nowhere near enough for a whole day. In comparison, in Thailand I purchased an unlimited data pack with a local carrier for same price but unlimited data where speed does not decrease.
Terrible customer service! After using Nomad for many years, they let a plan I purchased expire because I could not install 2 similar plans simultaneously and refused to re-issue an activation code. A global plan for $150 was offered a compensation of $3 on goodwill. Pls
Do not ever use this service.
Too confusing to do add on to the plan. All of a sudden I have 2 plans running on a single device and nobody to help me but email only which is too difficult when you have no connection.
Esim loaded fine but would not let me use internet. Tried all troubleshooting but to no avail. Kudos to support agent in chat who processed my refund. Not a good feeling to land in Panama and not have data to hire uber or communicate with family.
