I recently purchased three Nomad eSIMs for use in Saudi Arabia. Two of them worked perfectly straight away with no issues at all. I did run into a problem with the third one, but I have to say the customer service was excellent.
After calling their support team and explaining the situation, they were understanding, helpful, and quick to resolve the issue. Without any hassle, they offered me a full refund for the faulty eSIM, which I really appreciated.
Overall, while it was slightly disappointing that one didn’t work, the way it was handled made all the difference. Great customer service and a company that stands by its product—I’d definitely use them again.
