I ordered a pair of sheer brown tights in size S/M on October 20th for my Halloween costume. Noosh sent me a black pair of fleece lined tights in size XS/S. I reached out immediately since I needed my order for a costume and the team initially replied asking me to confirm my shipping address which I thought was odd, seeing as an order did arrive to the correct address, it just wasn’t the correct item. I confirmed my address, and then heard back again the next day asking for photos of the item I received - which I immediately provided. It’s now November 4th and Noosh hasnt replied to any of the emails I’ve sent over the last week. Today I created a new request through their “contact us” form on the website and did receive a reply saying my case was escalated to a “special team” to figure out what happened. If Noosh has logistic issues with their warehouse team, that is their problem and should be handled on their own time. Making their customers wait for a resolution (either providing a refund or sending the correct item) is ridiculous. Especially when they just quit replying after requesting photos, and address confirmation, providing zero context as to what is happening or what to expect and customers have to chase down an update my opening a new ticket. The tights are great, but the experience is a nightmare. I will be switching to SheerTex just to avoid dealing with this brand that clearly spends all their budget on marketing and leaves nothing for post-sale support.

Nude is not one color. There’s no such thing as one size fits all. Support should not be suffocating. And the products we wear? They should move with us. Enhance us. Celebrate who we are. And not squeeze us (literally) into a mold established by an outdated industry that hasn’t changed in decades. Because we prefer out of the box & deserve outstanding.
