I ordered their Collagen Night Wrapping Mask and it was a scam on all fronts:1) The layout in their web shop as well as the whole buying process are set up so that you automatically sign up for a subscription and don't even realise it from their confirmation emails. The only way I realised it was from reading reviews here and then checking my account on their website (the reviews were mistakenly listed under "Nuvie" which is a different brand than "Getnuvie").2) They advertise a "30-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee" but that is only for unopened, undamaged products, which in my case was already void upon arrival where a box had been dented. Also - how can you know if you're satisfied with a product without opening it?3) The packaging was a weird homemade quality with bad printing and soft cardboard quality - and the product is not even the same visually as advertised (for one, it did not say "Nuvie" on the product which seems very sketchy). 4) The product smells so cheap I don't dare put it on my face.
