What Nuzzle did INCREDIBLY well was to respond expediently to my refund request. I had ordered two pillows but neither I nor my husband were more comfortable with the new pillows. I corresponded with Andy at your support team who offered several options. When he realized we did not wish to keep either pillow, he suggested we could take a picture of the re-packaged pillows and of our receipt for having DONATED the brand new pillows to a charity. My skeptical husband said I was unlikely to get a refund - wrong!! I got almost a full refund & felt good about the pillows having gone to a worthwhile use.
