I finally was able to get assistance with my request for a refund for the pillows I could not use and was not happy with. It was a very difficult situation until I was very Blessed with a super sweet and very helpful lady named Faye. She was truly a wonderful blessing. She immediately got busy helping me and made the resolution very easy and was so pleasant throughout the whole process! I truly believe you would have so many happy and very blessed customers that were not satisfied with their purchase if you had more sweet wonderful people like Faye. Every company needs a Faye. Maybe she could train your other help because I wasn’t feeling at all hopeful of a positive resolution until I was helped by Faye! I’m quite satisfied with this quite long process and so thankful she found a quick resolution!
I was skeptical but willing to try. For me, I first tried with the pillow and insert in the pillow cover. It felt too packed. Next I tried the pillow only in the pillowcase and the insert separate underneath that. Perfect. My neck and shoulder pain are gone - after a few days. I am sleeping great. I have had pain for quite awhile but now I don’t.
Was informed how to return three of the four pillows. The return was due to an error in the selection four vs. one pillow. As soon as the error occurred an email was sent cancelling the order. Get Nuzzle failed to cancel. Nuzzle than notified, they accepted my order, I emailed again cancelling the order. Nuzzle notified me they were shipping, I said: do not ship. Get nuzzle ignored. I have the emails written and sent as proof. Today, I sent back three of the four pillows. It cost be $37. I should be reimbursed for the shipping and and charged for only one pillow.
I tried both pillows the first couple nights, and they were not that comfortable. However, I took out the small pillow after that, and the pillow is now very comfortable. I feel like I’m getting a sounder sleep, and I don’t wake up with any aches.
Love the pillow!! Being able to adjust the level is just perfect. It’s so comfy and I use the extra cushion for my “cuddle” or between my knees when I sleep on my side. I finally wake up with no neck pain!
Andy went above assisting me with my issue I had. He problem solved quickly with kind words in whenever we communicate. I wish every company had customer service employees that treated their customers with respect and kindness. Thank you Andy!!!!
What Nuzzle did INCREDIBLY well was to respond expediently to my refund request. I had ordered two pillows but neither I nor my husband were more comfortable with the new pillows. I corresponded with Andy at your support team who offered several options. When he realized we did not wish to keep either pillow, he suggested we could take a picture of the re-packaged pillows and of our receipt for having DONATED the brand new pillows to a charity. My skeptical husband said I was unlikely to get a refund - wrong!! I got almost a full refund & felt good about the pillows having gone to a worthwhile use.
We love these pillows! It has been three weeks since we received them and we are impressed with the quality and comfort they provide. We are side sleepers, and these pillows support your head, take the pressure off your shoulder, and feel totally natural! They did not take any time getting used to, and were immediately comfortable. Love the idea of the washable outer layer, and the adaptability of being able to try a back sleeper pillow as well as a stomach sleeper version. After using another brand for many years, these are now our go-to!
